The Marketing Operations will play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing potential new customers for Taureau.AI's innovative Artificial Intelligence solutions, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with the project team to ensure successful project execution. A strong understanding of AI technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to utilize lead generation tools are essential for this position. managing marketing campaigns, analyzing channel effectiveness, optimizing agent engagement, assisting with database management and ensuring brand consistency in all marketing communications.
Additionally, a passion for exploring AI and technology is highly valued, as it drives innovation and enhances engagement with clients and projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote AI development products and services.
- Identify and source potential new customers in the global market for AI solutions.
- Achieve sales target through effective selling strategies and lead generation tools and techniques.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the project team to ensure successful project execution.
- Participate in bidding processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with KPIs.
- Provide ongoing support to customers during project implementation and after-sales service.
- Manage contracts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of AI technologies and tools relevant to lead generation.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B technology or IT sectors.
- Proven track record in customer service and sales, demonstrating the ability to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with technical products, particularly in Artificial Intelligence or software solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skill with a professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign execution, database management, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Proficient in English, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Awareness of AI technologies and current market trends is beneficial.
- Essential knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques.
