Responsibilities:

• Strong collaboration with client and development team to help define business problems/requirements.
• Take main responsibility to develop business requirements documents, including BRD, SRS, URD, etc.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify product requirements and quality.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to explain the glossary, share ideas and findings.
• Support users to use the product and troubleshoot when there is a problem.
• Communicate and support project members to clarify business requirements to meet and coordinate with related teams such as Dev, Designer, etc.
• Demo features to the client after each sprint and handle feedback.
• Support UAT, pilot rollout, go-live, and post-go-live improvements.
• Report progress and business risks to the Lead/PM. Contribute prompts, templates, and practices that improve the team’s AI-native SDLC.
• Perform tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of BA experience, with at least one web or mobile project from analysis through UAT/go-live, and direct client-facing experience.
• Strong elicitation and workshop facilitation skills. Proficient in process modeling (BPMN/flowcharts), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• Good product thinking, logical thinking, flexibility, agility, work under pressure.
• Hands-on experience using AI assistants in daily work, with the ability to write effective prompts and critically verify results.

Nice to have:

• Experience with one of the systems: LMS, SIS, CRM, ERP, or multi-role enterprise applications.
• Experience integrating third-party payment or bank-transaction services (e.g., SePay).
• Basic SQL/Excel for data checking, import/export, and data migration.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with spec-driven development workflows.
