Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our product development team. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience for our digital products, ensuring that the user interfaces are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and effective. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with BAs and POs to understand requirements and user needs.
• Collaborate with the Engineer Team to ensure that designs are feasible and can be effectively implemented in the development process.
• Collaborate with the Business Team to align design strategies with business goals and user insights.
• Develop ideas, designs, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and final designs for products and features.
• Present prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and adjustments, collaborating with BAs and POs.
• Consult on design solutions for products, landing pages, and website features.
• Analyze user behavior data and survey results to propose product improvements.
• Stay updated with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into product design.
• Present design decisions that balance aesthetics and functionality.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support team objectives. 
   

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of experience in product design in Tech industry (mainly web application)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AI, Sketch,…
• Strong understanding of design UI-UX principles and standards, interaction design, and product design processes
• Eager to learn and stay updated with current UI/UX trends to apply to work
• Working under pressure, high responsibility, careful, good at grasping ideas, aesthetic, proactive, creative and enthusiastic in work
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in teams 
   

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, User Interface Design, or related fields.
• HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is beneficial.
• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Experience working with SaaS/PaaS products
• Strong English language – written and spoken – you will work with global team.
