Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work from our branch office in Hanoi, Vietnam, but will be in close contact with our Head of Marketing & Communication in Toulouse, France. This new position involves identifying potential customers for our AI development products and services, formulating product development strategies, and crafting effective sales strategies in Vietnam and other countries.
A deep understanding of AI technologies and market trends, strong leadership, and strategic planning skills are essential.
Responsibilities
1. Sales:
- Identify and target potential customers for AI development products and services in Vietnam and the Asia region.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
2. Product Development Strategy:
- Collaborate with the product development team to define product features and enhancements based on market demand and customer feedback.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the product portfolio and drive growth.
3. Marketing Strategy:
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote AI development products and services.
- Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize performance and ROI.
4. Collaboration with the Global Team (France):
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communication based in France to align regional strategies with global objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales and marketing activities in Vietnam and the Asia region.
- Participate in international meetings and strategy sessions to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts.
Qualifications
- A degree in business, marketing, or related fields (an MBA is preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT or AI.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Understanding of AI technologies and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems.
- Experience in the Vietnam and Asia markets is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with international teams and manage cross-border communication.
