The Marketing Operations will play a crucial role in the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the company's brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, analyzing channel effectiveness, optimizing agent engagement, assisting with database management and ensuring brand consistency in all marketing communications.
This position also involves collaborating with key stakeholders from the Sales Team, Product Team and Engineering Team to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns/ projects.
A deep understanding of AI technologies and market trends, strong leadership, and strategic planning skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote AI development products and services.
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Create and manage marketing materials including portfolio, presentations, brochures, etc.
- Create compelling content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing, to engage and inform target audiences.
- Ensure all marketing communication channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. to brand guidelines in terms of content, design, and messaging. Regularly review and provide feedback to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand image, keeping in mind the overall agent experience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer insights and analyze competitors to inform marketing strategies.
- Support sales team in working with customers (clarifying requirements, preparing proposals, presenting projects...).
- Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with sales objectives and product offerings.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns. Leveraging data and analytics to provide recommendations for optimizing agent engagement and improving marketing communication performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in IT or AI.
- Demonstrated experience in executing marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation purposes.
- Strong interest in utilizing data tools like Looker and possessing experience in analyzing marketing data and metrics to derive actionable insights will be a bonus.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign execution, database management, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Understanding of AI technologies and market trends is a plus.
